{"id":29177,"date":"2024-01-09T17:02:55","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T16:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.promotiv.si\/news-in-the-registration-of-s-p\/"},"modified":"2024-01-09T17:04:08","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T16:04:08","slug":"news-in-the-registration-of-s-p","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.promotiv.si\/en\/news-in-the-registration-of-s-p\/","title":{"rendered":"News in the registration of s.p."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On April 15, 2017, ZGD-1J entered into force, which stipulates that the application for the registration of a company, change of data or deletion of a company can be filed <strong>at most 1 month in advance<\/strong> and no longer three months in advance, as was the case before.<\/p>\n<p>It is still valid that the entrepreneur must apply for the registration of the s.p. or its branches <strong>to attach a certified statement of the owner of the facility<\/strong>, if he is not the owner of the facility at the business address.
