{"id":29987,"date":"2024-04-22T11:31:21","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T09:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.promotiv.si\/regressions-in-2024\/"},"modified":"2024-04-22T11:31:21","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T09:31:21","slug":"regressions-in-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.promotiv.si\/en\/regressions-in-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Regressions in 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In 2024, the same applies as in 2023, i.e., that regimes equal to 100% of the last known average salary in the Republic of Slovenia are tax-free.<br \/>\nThe latest published average gross monthly salary is EUR 2 279.52.<br \/>\nUp to this amount, no income tax and social security contributions are payable.    <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stat.si\/StatWeb\/pregled-podrocja?idp=74&amp;headerbar=13\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stat.si\/StatWeb\/pregled-podrocja?idp=74&amp;headerbar=13\">The latest known average wage rate for the month before last is published on Eurostat&#8217;s website.<\/a><\/a>  The minimum amount of the annual leave allowance is set by the Employment Relations Act, which stipulates that the employer must pay an employee entitled to annual leave an annual leave allowance of at least the minimum wage.<br \/>\nFrom 1.<br \/>\n1.   From 2023, the minimum wage is \u20ac1,253.90 for full-time work (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradni-list.si\/glasilo-uradni-list-rs\/vsebina\/2018-01-4067\/\"><g id=\"gid_0\">Minimum Wage Act; Official Journal of the RS, No.<\/g> <\/a>).<br \/>\nMinimalni znesek regresa je tako 1.253,90 EUR bruto.<br \/>\nMorebitna kolektivna pano\u017ena pogodba pa lahko dolo\u010da tudi vi\u0161ji regres od minimalno omenjenega.<br \/>\nPravica do izpla\u010dila regresa je vezana na pravico do letnega dopusta.<br \/>\n\u010ce ima zaposleni pravico le do sorazmernega dela dopusta, ima tudi pravico le do sorazmernega dela regresa.<br \/>\nZaposlenemu pripada regres tudi, \u010de ne izkoristi letnega dopusta, \u010deprav mu pripada.<br \/>\nV primeru, da zaposleni zamenja slu\u017ebo, mu mora vsak delodajalec izpla\u010dati sorazmerni del regresa (1\/12 za vsak mesec zaposlitve).<br \/>\nV primeru, da zaposleni sklene delovno razmerje med letom (ali mu preneha delovno razmerje med letom) ima pravico do sorazmernega dela regresa (1\/12 za vsak mesec zaposlitve).<br \/>\n\u010ce delodajalec delavcu kljub pravici do sorazmernega dela regresa izpla\u010da celotni regres, se razlika izpla\u010dila nad pravico \u0161teje za drug prejemek iz delovnega razmerja, ki se v celoti v\u0161teva v dav\u010dno osnovo za dohodnino in prispevke.<br \/>\nRok za izpla\u010dilo regresa je do 1.<br \/>\njulija 2024.<br \/>\nV primeru likvidnostnih te\u017eav se lahko regres izpla\u010da najpozneje do 1.<br \/>\nnovembra 2024.            <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In 2024, the same applies as in 2023, i.e., that regimes equal to 100% of the last known average salary in the Republic of Slovenia are tax-free.
