The company Tobačna Ljubljana, d.o.o., has notified changes to the DPC of its cigarettes, which will come into force on 1 April 2016. In this case, taxpayers are obliged to take inventory of cigarette stocks on 31 March 2016 and to deliver the calculation of the excise tax difference to the competent financial office by April 15, 2016. The obligation to pay the excise duty difference falls due on payment on 30/05/2016.
